Pros: Family Fun, Once-in-a-Lifetime
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the swim with sharks adventure, although to be honest, you're not swimming, but floating behind the barrier. The sharks constantly swim past within inches of your face, and you see them like you never have before. But be warned, the water is Cold! In addition, the stingray pool is a blast. You have no idea how cute those little guys are until you've hand-fed them. They're like puppies! Overall, it was an amazing experience."

"Bought this for my husband for Christmas to have him experience diving in the winter as we can't travel as much as we would like. To say that you swim with the sharks is not exactly what you are doing. You basically kneel and watch with the sharks. He was close to the sharks, but there was no actual swimming involved. I did not feel it was worth the money."

Feeding Time!
Cons: Short
"One of my favorite animals in the world is the penguin. To be able to go behind the scenes and meet the penguins in person - touch them - play with them - and get a lesson in how they're taken care of - was AWESOME! I loved every minute of it and would recommend to anyone who adores penguins like me. The only downside? It's only an hour long!"

Pros: Family Fun, Exclusive, birthday memories!
"What an outstanding experience. We booked the seal encounter for my son's 8th birthday and he and a friend had an amazing day. I cannot say enough about the enthusiasm, knowledge and care the trainers exhibited toward the animals.
This is not a cheap undertaking but really well worth it. You have lots of time and contact with the animals and access to parts of the aquarium that most people never see."

Pros: Once-in-a-Lifetime Cons: Expensive, Short
"I was very excited upon booking my Adventure with the Penguins. I felt that for the experience the cost would be worth it. My boyfriend and I were taken behind the scenes and into where they hold the penguins. I was just a few feet away but, of course, behind a little fence. I was aware that I would not be able to hold the penguins, but I felt this adventure lacked "adventure". The lady told us much about penguins and even held them so we could quickly touch them. We were then allowed to throw smalls play toys into the pen. We also watched as they were feed, but I was stuck behind a fence and a guy recording what they ate so I could hardly see (the view from outside with the regular guests would have almost been better). I understand the precautions the aqaurium must take, but there was little interaction with the penguins. The visit also seems very short. I will try another adventure soon, and hopefully it won't dissapoint."

Getting ready for our adventure!
Pros: Family Fun, Exclusive, Once-in-a-Lifetime
"For my 22nd birthday my boyfriend took me swimming with the sharks. I'm usually very nervous while snorkeling (and with giant sharks in the tank, who could blame me!) but our guide put me at ease. I had a great time, especially feeding the string rays, they really are like little puppies vying for attention. This was the best birthday present ever. I recommend it to big kids too!"

"I found the adventure much to my expectations. The ray part of the experience was very interesting since it was more interactive. Of couse, I don't know how much more interactive the shark adventure could have been. The down side to the whole experience was the pictures which I found repetative and extremely dark."

"I dove with the sharks yesterday. I totally recommend this to any certified experienced diver. The staff was very professional and made me feel relaxed throughout the experience. It's always been my plan to do a total shark dive and I was glad that I was able to do it under the watch of your staff. The first time I came face to face with the shark was amazing. Again thanks for an everlasting memory."

"Our tour guide and sea turtle expert, Ray, was very informative and made the experience fun. We had the opportunity to learn about sea turtles and ask as many questions as we wanted to. After our Q&A session, we prepared the sea turtle's food which was really gross! Then we went on a behind-the-scenes tour and feed the sea turtles in the 760,000 galloon tank. It was really awesome how close they let you get to the sea turtles, feeding them with a salad tong and even getting to touch them to feel what their shell, neck and arms feel like.
Overall it was a really special experience. I would definitely recommend this experience. The only downside was that the Aquarium doesn't offer the best photo packages so I would suggest that you get permission to bring a camera with you so that you can capture the memories!!"
